Love is a blessing, or shall she a curse
A desirable feeling,
Yet will not quench my thirst.
Shall she my death, or shall she my life,
Love is agile,
But deadlier than a knife.
Is she a healer who mends my heart
Perhaps something different,
A killer who tears me apart.
Is she the summer breeze or winter's snow
First and only love,
My heart aches for her; does she not know
Love is a blessing; or shall she a curse
She is my everything.
The answer I need not search.
